In the summer of 2017 I saw a first chatbot in a website. As a professional digital marketer and salesman I was enamored by the potential.
What I saw:
I was in love ❤️. Of course, I wanted to have such a chatbot on my lead generation websites too. But there was no tool available I could make one without coding skills. If it doesn't exist, you have to build it, right?
So here we are, a few years later. Our ambition was to develop the most user-friendly chatbot editor. You can judge if we have succeeded.
After a lot of experimentation we have developed the first WYSIWYG chatbot builder with dedicated human readable chatbot markup language inspired by markdown and a chatbot design editor to perfectly match your chatbot to your brand.
At the moment we are still working on the step-by-step optimization and team collaboration features. They will be added really soon.
There is still much to discover because automated conversations are a new kid on the block. Every day is a journey of discovery on how they can bring value to different people.
Chatbot Daddy is like a second child of mine (I have a real one too) and I treat all new customers like family. Finally I can have my own chatbot, and so can you.
